Lessons from the Deep


Underwater Retreat in Aruba

“Lessons from the Deep” (LFD) forges a life-changing experience of personal and leadership development by combining scuba diving with coaching. It is the first and only program of its kind that offers individuals the opportunity to expand possibilities in their life above water as they expand what’s possible underwater. Participants leave the program as certified PADI Open Water Divers and most importantly, the possibility of life-changing transformation.
